Use the UCAS login page at Track.UCAS.com to track your progress and stay up to date with your Undergraduate application status and exam results online.
Options include filling in your applications, key dates, how to get references, tracking, and making changes to your account.
Undergrads go to https://track.ucas.com/ and enter your Personal ID and password to the newest version of the The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service service.
Problems will occur when you are logging in that can be resolved by using the tools listed at the bottom of this page in resources or by calling the registered office in England at 0371 468 0 468 for undergraduates inside the UK and +44 330 3330 230 phone number outside of the UK.
Assistants are available to take calls from 8:00 to 18:00 during extended service hours and 8:30 to 18:00 during normal business hours for any login problems.
Calls are charged at standard rates from your network and are answered within 60 seconds when a operator is available to take your call.
Completing your application for entry will take a different UCAS login that the one you use to track your progress online. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been fully completed and accepted by UCAS.
During peak times of July and August of every year the tracking system will be unavailable to undergrads while updates are being processed. You will be notified on the log on page when this happens.
Availability of exam results will be published in late July and early August for the SQA. Once updates for the grading is completed, Adviser Track will be opened for use.
Note that Advisers also have a different UCAS login for Students that have applied to GCSE training and courses. Teachers will use the same page to monitor progress of assignees.
