Use the Oregon unemployment login page on EMP.State.OR.us to process online jobless claims from the website and apply for insurance benefits within the state.
The OED offers the claim system as a form of protection from the loss of a job and a fast way to file a WorkSource claim application.
Begin at the OCS page of http://findit.emp.state.or.us/ocs with your Oregon unemployment login UI credentials once your claim has been established with the local office.
If you are unable to login to the website during normal business hours, please contact the help desk at 1-877-345-3484 or use the resources found in the support section for more information.
Scheduled maintenance is under operation from 12:30 AM to 2:00 AM every night. Additional times the unemployment system may be offline is every second Sunday of the month, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
No claims can be submitted after logging in from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Saturday or from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Sunday. You will receive a message that your Oregon unemployment login is unavailable during these times.
Any unplanned system maintenance to the UI benefits portal and weekly file claim process will be announced as planned. Weekly claims submitted over the weekend will be process on Monday evenings unless it is a holiday, in which they will be processed on the next business day.
Normal operations will permit you to claim a week of benefits online, view the status of your weekly report, restart claims, file new claims, change contact information, view the status of a claim, and make changes to the electronic bank deposit on file.
Additional features available are resetting a PIN that has been lost or forgotten and making a repayment for UI benefits overage with a credit or debit card.
When the sole use of the system is to download your 1099G you will be able to view your balance and expiration date, payment details, and 1099G tax forms.
If you do not understand system use or how to file a claim online in the State or Oregon it is suggested that you suspend use of your Oregon unemployment login and contact your local UIC for assistance.
