Certain features are available online for home and business customers from the power company with web services.
To see what you can access or pay a bill, go to https://www.midamericanenergy.com/ecss/Profile/LogIn?ac=y and enter your username and password. Combined, your username and password make up your MidAmerican Energy login information that you are required to have before accessing an account from your web browser.
The three most common uses of your login are for starting new service, stopping or transferring current service, and making a payment online for a monthly bill received in the mail or through an email statement.
To complete any of these options you would need to authenticate to your account with a valid sign in. Two tools are available for anyone that has forgotten their credentials.

Likewise, if you have forgot your password to MidAmericanEnergy.com, try https://www.midamericanenergy.com/ecss/Profile/PasswordReset and retrieve your password. Home customers call 1-888-427-5632 and business customers call 1-800-329-6261 for help with your account.

As a reminder before signing in, your username is at least 4 characters and not more than twelve. You can select a combination of numbers or letters but do not use spaces. Passwords are at minimum 6 characters but not more than twelve and require at least one number and letter each.
Contact MidAmericanEnergy.com if you can not view or pay your bill online. At times certain conditions prevent viewing from select accounts. Up to sixty months of past payments you have made are shown in the payment summary page. You can schedule a bill to be paid from this area also.
No MidAmerican Energy login is required to report a power outage of your utility or gas leaks. Call the company directly at 1-800-799-4443 instead.
