Lite Blue servicing helps postal employees stay informed and remain connected with their careers through the department. Current employee benefits and information on your retirement accounts can be accessed through the portal.

Go to https://liteblue.usps.gov in your web browser and access the website to begin a new session. You will be prompted to enter your LiteBlue login credentials online which include a Employee ID and a password that you set previously.

Often times when registered users of LiteBlue.USPS.gov find their login is not working or have problems accessing the website, it is because of a lost or forgotten password. This can happen from long periods of not signing in.

Self Service Passwords are the newest security feature to be used by LiteBlue. USPS employees will need to set up their password in the Self Service Profile application if they have not logged in since SSP was activated.

If you have lost or forget your Employee ID, simply find a past paper copy of your earnings receipt. Your Employee ID will be shown on top of your earnings statement as an 8-digit number.

PostalEase is the Postal Service’s telephone enrollment system for Thrift Savings Plan transactions and Direct Deposit allotments for retirement that is now shown inside the portal if you have setup a LiteBlue login on the system.
