The FPL login page on FPL.com is provided to access the My Account section of the Florida Power and Light company’s website by residential and business customers.
It serves as a bill pay service for the utility company that provides electric power for over 9 millions people throughout the State of Florida.
Begin at https://www.fpl.com/my-account/account-summary.html and enter your email address or User ID from the FPL login credentials you had setup previously. You will be prompted to enter a password in the second field to complete the sign in process.
Help with a lost login or forgotten password is easily fixed by using the reset tools on the website or on the bottom in the resources section.

If you only want to make a payment on your account for a bill that is due you can call the same number 24 hours a day using a touch tone phone. Select the bill pay option and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Your FPL login gives you access to several important features that help you manage your electricity usage and account online. FPL also allows you to manage more than one account when you sign in. This is done from the Account Summary after you log on.
After logging in you can access My Account. The My Account tab gives you a brief overview of what options are available to you as a customer, previous and current billing cycles, and a glance at your power usage. My Account is available to both residential owners and businesses.
Outage notifications and information do not require your FPL login credentials. You can check power outages by entering your zip code, selecting residence or business, and entering your account phone number instead.
