Under MyLoans you will see your loan account, view transactions, use bill pay, or view your monthly balance due from one location.
Access https://www.flagstar.com/personal/borrowing/myloans-login.html and use your Flagstar Mortgage login to authenticate to the service. Enter your username and password and you will be guided to the central account center.
Problems with your sign in can be assisted by the Troy, Michigan customer service office at 1-800-968-7700 Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time. Tools are available on the official website for immediate use if outside of the calling hours.
New loans will receive a email from [email protected] when your account has been setup. The email will contain your activation code to enable enhances login security for your profile. Follow the prompts in the email to set your challenge questions and a phone number you can be reached at.
Once completed your will have access to MyLoans after you use your Flagstar Mortgage login on the page to make a one time payment, schedule monthly drafts or recurring payments, and view loan information. Online statements are electronic and alerts can be setup for email reminders about making your loan payment.
Setup a bank account for automatic drafts out of your checking or savings through the “Add a Bank” feature. It is advised to setup and configure your account from a desktop or laptop computer and not over a mobile screen. The larger viewable screen size is better.

Once your loan has finalized and your financing rate is locked in you may register to use the online service and manage all further communication through the Flagstar Mortgage login page, including messaging the bank about refinancing or home equity options.
