The CareCredit login page on CareCredit.com is a way for both cardholders and providers to choose the healthcare financing portal they need servicing from.
Portal access provides management procedures for accounts with LASIK, cosmetic surgery, dental, and other health related services being performed.
Start at https://www.carecredit.com/ and select the CareCredit login type that applies to your role. There are two account role types, a cardholder and a provider. Each will use a different way to sign in.
Cardholders will sign in with the Synchrony Bank partner website. Providers instead will use CareCredit Pro to manage their accounts. Both websites are placed in our resource section to help you identify which CareCredit login page you should be using.
Synchrony Bank’s partner portal for cardholders holds account information, displays recent card activity, and allows for direct updates to financial information.
CareCredit’s Pro manager portal is specifically setup to help providers manage their business financials while helping them with providing care to patients in the quickest possible way.
Specific options available to providers in Pro include managing a practice, credit applications, transaction processing, credit line adjustments, reports, and a variety of payment calculators.
Cards issued by the company helps cardholders pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. These expense can be for the main contact or qualified family members. Upon approval, a card can be used to help manage health, wellness, and personal care expenses not covered by normal insurance.
Healthcare cards are only issued with approval. Applications must be submitted for review before any approval or CareCredit login is issued. Not all providers in your area may offer promotional financing options.
It is the cardholders responsibility to check with a preferred healthcare provider on which financing options they will accept. Retail locations that accept CareCredit cards may do so on standard account terms. Promotional financing options are optional.
Active CareCredit logins will work on the mobile app if the cardholder chooses to download and install the app on their device. Apps are available for iOS and Android devices.
