The BrightHouse login page is for accessing Profile.BrightHouse.com and is used to manage My Services for bill pay, email, and starting or stopping service.
Digital cable, high speed broadband Internet and phone lines for residential and business customers are all contained in the account.
Once you have your BrightHouse login go to https://profile.brighthouse.com/residential/login/ and enter your username and password to sign in.
After authentication you will be redirected to the My Services page. You must register to get full benefits to the features listed. View and make a bill payment, WiFi access on the BHN or tiers higher than Standard Internet, and TV listings.
Customers who enjoy more details of what BrightHouse can offer will explore the on demand programing and setup their DVR, manage voice mail or features to their phone number, and view outbound call history.
Your login to BrightHouse will work on the BHN app that you can download below in our resources section. Some of these same features will be shown in the app after logging in.
Logins are assigned to regional customers across all of the Bright House serving area. These include the following:

- Detroit, Michigan
- Indianapolis, Indiana
- Birmingham, Elmore, and Eufaula, Alabama
- Panhandle, Tampa Bay, and Central Florida
Before attempting to logon you should consult the website and change your region to match the area that you live in. Failure to do so can result in your BrightHouse login not working correctly.
Finding what is most popular under the My Services tab is very easy. The list is in order of what customers access most often. It begins with checking email, viewing scheduled appointments, bill pay, and managing equipment issued by BrightHouse like the DVR or broadband modem.
