Use your AT&T Universal card login to manage your account. Sign in to UniversalCard.com and claim rewards, pay your bill, balance transfer, or see benefits.
The cardholder section is broke in to two types of cards, personal and business. UniversalCard.com forwards to AccountOnline.com and is powered by Citi Cards, the final website where you will use your AT&T Universal card login at.
Arriving at the sign in page you will view the log on box with a User ID field and a password field. Complete both areas with your information and choose the sign on button to authenticate to your account. This box is available at https://www.accountonline.com/cards/svc/OutsideView.do and has the AT&T branding so you will know you are at the right place.
Cardholders who have already registered can sign in at that location. Customers who have not registered or not yet activated a new card will need to register first at https://online.citibank.com/US/JSO/reg/Setup.do and supply their information to setup an account.
Problems with your AT&T Universal Card login not working? Use the User ID lookup or password reset tools found under the sign on fields at UniversalCard.com and have new security information sent to your email address. You can optionally call AT&T / Citi Card customer service at 1-800-423-4343 to have your questions answered.
If you are trying to look at benefits then note the more you spend, the more you save. For up to 12 months on all eligible AT&T purchases there is a 10% savings and 5% thereafter for account holders.
The sign in at UniversalCard.com supports two cards. The AT&T Universal Savings Platinum and the Universal Savings and Rewards card. Each has different options you will want to compare, especially the balance transfer section. We have listed more information about the card comparison in our resource section at the end of this page.
The Thank You Rewards program includes 10,000 bonus points and is only available on the second card mentioned. Online services are included on both types and includes a account summary, bill pay statements, online payments, paperless statements, and account alerts to your email address. More about this and how it affects your AT&T Universal card login are shown here.
