Employees use the AT&T Global login page to access benefits, retiree information, news, and service from home or not at work through Access1.SBC.com online.
A active employee, retired member, or post-employee qualified for health benefits through the company use the same portal for access.
The service begins at https://access1.sbc.com/ and from there you will have 3 options to use your AT&T Global login that depends on your service type. Active employees logging in from home or when not at work go to https://access1.sbc.com/active_login.html for e-access. E-access will require your UserID and password or a SecureID token to progress.
Retiree logon is at https://access1.sbc.com/retiree/index.cfm for post employment benefits on health care or long term disability insurance. COBRA participants or survivors of a retired employee are unable to use the page to login. Contact AT&T retirement services for more information or see our resources below.
Problems with a sign in not working are limited online for security reasons. Try contacting your supervisor if the change password or security profile PIN reset does not work from home.
Have your UserID to your AT&T Global login (also called ATTUID) ready when speaking to support or your supervisor. Supervisors can setup password management for direct reports. All initiations for password requests will take a few seconds to process if you encounter a wait while performing.
SecureID token authentication is different than your login for those electing to use the option. AT&T network security may have issued a key fob or card for high level employees to use during the sign in procedure. SecureID is mostly used when at work to limit access to certain information.
Your token user name and PIN was assigned when you setup your SecurID and is 4 to 6 characters in length. When you attempt to use a application with a high level of security set, the AT&T Global login page will display a field to enter your token instead of a password.
For more assistance with signing in to the Global network or e-access at AT&T.com, contact IT services between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central time. Direct support is for an employee only and not contractors. Contractors should contact the vendor they are working with for login questions.
